It integrates sealing and molecular sieve cavity into one body, serving as a dedicated warm edge spacer for insulating glass units (IGUs). Used in double and triple glazing, it reduces heat transfer at the glass edge, minimizes edge condensation, and improves overall window energy efficiency. The product comes with inherent sealing performance and works together with secondary sealant to complete the IGU sealing.

Product Advantages

Size Selection Guide

*Note: When selecting, confirm the IGU cavity width; the spacer bar width equals the cavity width. Also verify compatibility with the single-pane glass thickness.

Installation Instructions
1. Glass surface must be dry, dust-free, and oil-free to ensure proper adhesion of the spacer bar.
2. Manual or machine bending is acceptable. Follow specified bending radius to avoid cracking the spacer body.
3. After bending, attach to the first glass pane, fill with molecular sieve, then close with the second glass pane.
4. A two-component silicone sealant must be applied as secondary seal. Butyl rubber serves only as the primary seal and cannot achieve complete sealing alone.
5. Recommended processing environment temperature: 10–35°C; humidity should not be too high.
6. Cutting tools must be sharp to produce clean cuts and prevent burrs that could affect sealing.

Storage Requirements
1. Store in a cool, dry warehouse away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
2. Keep away from solvents and oils to prevent butyl rubber erosion.
3. Seal unused product properly to prevent premature moisture absorption by the molecular sieve.
4. Do not stack with heavy weight to avoid deformation. Storage temperature: 5–30°C.
5. Use within shelf life. Once opened, use promptly to prevent desiccant from absorbing airborne moisture.
