High‑frequency welded aluminum spacer is formed by aluminum strip via high‑frequency welding to build hollow cavity structure. The cavity can be filled with 3A molecular‑sieve desiccant to support double glass panes and fix glass gap. Bendable version can be machine‑bent to form frames to reduce corner‑key consumption; non‑bendable version features outstanding straightness for cutting & splicing. High‑purity aluminum alloy strips are adopted as raw materials. Wall thickness ranges 0.25‑0.35 mm for bendable spacers and 0.16‑0.25 mm for non‑bendable ones. Continuous high‑frequency induction welding is applied. Weld seams are inspected by eddy‑current testing to eliminate cold‑soldering and leakage risks.
