Uses of silicone sealant
Silicone glue has strong adhesion and tensile strength. It is also weather-resistant, vibration-resistant, moisture-proof, odor-resistant, and adaptable to large changes in cold and heat. Coupled with its wide applicability, it can realize the bonding between most building materials products, so its application value is very great.
(1) Acid glass glue
1. Suitable for sealing, blocking, leakage prevention and weatherproofing, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use (the indoor effect is better), and the anti-seepage and leakage-proof effect is remarkable. 2. Bonding of various interior decorations of automobiles, including: metal, fabrics and organic fabrics and plastics. 3. Engage the gaskets on the heating and cooling equipment. 4. Install ribs without screw holes, nameplates and paint plus plastic materials on the metal surface. 5. Seal the windows on the oven door, the flue, pipe joints, and access doors on the gas appliances. 6. Provide instant-formed leak-proof gaskets for gearboxes, compressors, and pumps. 7. Seal the cabin and windows. 8. Sealing of trailer and truck cab windows. 9. Bonding and sealing equipment components. 10. Form an anti-wear coating. 11. Inlay and fill thin metal sheet stacks, pipe networks and equipment casings.
(2) Neutral weather-resistant glue
1. Suitable for weather-resistant sealing of various curtain walls, especially recommended for weather-resistant sealing of glass curtain walls, aluminum-plastic panel curtain walls, and dry-hanging stone; 2. Seam sealing between metals, glass, aluminum, ceramic tiles, organic glass, and coated glass; 3. Seam sealing on the surfaces of concrete, cement, masonry, rock, marble, steel, wood, anodized aluminum, and painted aluminum. In most cases there is no need to use primer.
(3) Silicone structural adhesive
1. Mainly used for structural or non-structural bonding devices between metal and glass of glass curtain walls. 2. It can directly connect glass to the surface of metal components to form a single assembly component, meeting the design requirements of curtain walls with fully or semi-hidden frames. 3. Structural bonding and sealing of insulating glass.
